Growing up as a good suburban Jewish girl, chopped liver is a High Holiday staple! Whether you get it from the local deli or make it yourself, don’t be scared to try it! Offal is not awful! Matt is all about the Italian flavors - give him a tomato based dish with slightly spicy sausage and he will eat it for every.single.meal. This is not a joke! I, on the other hand, am the complete opposite! I need a ton of variety in my diet - no two days of eating ever look the same! What about you?! I’d love to hear from you in the comments!
