Wedding week meal plan time - I seriously donβt know if weβll even end up following this because I had the great/terrible idea of working this entire week up the the night before the rehearsal/rehearsal dinnerβ¦ Here we go!!!
We. Are. Getting. So. Close. To. The. WEDDING! 19 days to go as of today (7/29). I cannot believe it. Weβve been engaged since 10/7/17 and when we booked our 8/17/19 wedding it felt like it was EONS away. Time goes much faster when youβre older. And doing things like buying houses. And planning weddings. And starting two businesses. Especially during the βwedding seasonβ years of life when there are sometimes 7+ weddings and more than half are out of stateβ¦ insert upside down face emoji here!
I skipped putting up the week of 7/22 because it was a total throw together, hodgepodge week! Plus, I am in the middle of a ton of projects, students, clients, wedding planning, coordinating things for our HOA⦠and the list goes on haha! Needless to say, we are in total survival mode this week and I am looking forward to a more calm few weeks leading up to the wedding on 8/17!
Meal planning on here for the week of 7/1 was so much fun, I decided to do it again! I figured I would sometimes post and sometimes just do a quick plan on my Notes app but honestly, I loved referencing my own site throughout the prepping process!

One of my goals for the site (and my instagram) has always been to share what Iβm doing in hopes to help others make healthy choices and changes in their own lives. Meal planning and prepping became the center of that for a while and as I continue to tweak the way I go about doing things, I figured this would be a wonderful time to share my process!
Flying back from New York today, my flight was delayed (luckily, the pilot was a badass and we made it back to Chicago only 8 minutes late!) When I initially found out about the delay I was annoyed- very natural reaction, right?
October 7, 2017 is a day that I will never, ever forget! On our "10th-date-iversary" (I'll explain that story later...) trip to Napa, CA, Matt asked me to be his WIFE! I couldn't be more excited to spend the rest of my life with this incredible man. He completely surprised meβ¦
Itβs been a whileβ¦
If you didnβt just sing that, Iβm not sure we can be friends ;)
